I am really impressed with the way keabetswe has handled My issue with regrds to the renewal of my Policy. I was advised if I renew There won't be any problems when I claim. & there was a lack of communication between the Customer Service/sales & claims department. She went the extra mile to sort the problem out for me. She managed to escalate the issue to her supervisor & it was Sorted out.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DEAR.
