Very disappointing service received. 0% for SLA

I am very disappointed with this M-sure financial services. Your services are pathetic and inconsiderate. I had a problem with my Tire which I contacted the insurance within 2 days. I was told to take the car to the dealership, which did. Tyger wheel and tyres tried to contact the insurance with no success. The dealership provided me with a quote which I did email to the claim department.

I did not get response. I was using my spear wheel Tyre that time. I had another problem with my spear Tyre and I did also make contact with the insurance company and I was told to take the car to the dealership again. This time, my car can't move because it does not have a Tyre.

I explained everything to the consultant and he did not seem to care. Am email was sent to the complaint department and they promised that I will be contacted, and to this date no one contacted me. My car is parked because of wheels, which I have an insurance for.

Am I supposed to buy my own tyres even when I have an insurance policy for that?I have never claimed for close to two years, yet I'm being treated like this? Can someone please assist with this challenge. The service I got was/is very disappointing. I am tired of calling and sending emails to you guys because it shows that you don't care about your client.
