Very bad service

I've had my scratch and dent insurance with M-sure for longer than 2 years and never claimed before. I got a scratch on my car's bumper and send in the claim. According to their policy, the maximum amount of the pay out is R3000 and the scratch may not exceed 15cm. The scratch on my bumper is under 30cm and according to the panel beater that quoted me, the entire bumper needs to be sprayed, regardless of the size of the scratch. The quote was for just over R3000 and I was happy to pay the shortfall. I send in a dispute and twice they rejected it. I'm not happy with their service as all. As soon as you need to claim, they have a lot of reasons for not paying out. I will not recommend M-Sure to anybody.
