Utterly Shocking and disappointed service

My whole discussion with the lady, was absolutely shocking and very unprofessional!!! They had music in the background so loud, I battled to hear the lady. Half way she would stop and laugh at her peers, at my cell phone bill expense. I was utterly disgusted that a party could be held, while we discussing very important information. Go and listen to our recorded telephone conversation of 25 mins, and tell me if that's how you would treat one of your clients!
