Useless policy from M-Sure

I would not even give them a star Helo iv have yet again been very disappointed with this policy I have been sent around and around a number of time stripping the vehicle at the dealership as I have been instructed by your people. Now I am being told that the policy does not cover it. My water bottle has been leaking by a surface crack on the top of bottle for months now. My air pipes have been leaking at the seals. My check straps are making a cracking noise Now my sway bar is also noisy My brake calipers pins where also worn. So far I have received not assistance from your company but you have been taking my payments for 2 years. I was also going take anther policy with you from February next year.

I have now gotten to the point where I would like to have all my calls for the number *** emailed to me and a copy of my policy. I will be taking this matter further with my legal team.

Also as of right now I would like this policy canceled and also the policy that was supposed to start in February also stopped.
