Useless incompetence from a company who flat out refuses to pay

I have a maintenance plan with m sure. I have paid for it already. Today, I got BMW to quote your claims department with regards to repairs on my BMW X3 and your claims department refused to pay not even one cent towards it. This is unacceptable service considering I have already paid your company R10000 to activate my maintenance plan. If I had known this was the type of service I would receive, I would never have gone with this company in the first place.

So, I have two proposals: 1. You guys either pay for 90% of the maintenance on my vehicle since that is the type of service, I expect from a company I have paid my own money towards 2. I will cancel my maintenance plan and I will get my initiation fee back into my bank account by tomorrow afternoon. 3. I want a detailed explanation for each item on the quote BMW sent you (I can attach the quote if required) as to why you guys will not pay. In that case, refer to point two in which case I will cancel my maintenance plan and will have my money back. I expect this complaint to be answered ASAP.
