Useless cover
I took in my car for repairs on the 10th of June. Documents has been sent and BMW is telling me that Motor Warranty takes 7-14 days to make a payment. I've been taking taxis for two weeks and I'm told I need to wait another two weeks.
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND MOTOR WARRANTY TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY M-SURE. Sbu did his part and assisted but someone should have at least given me a courtesy call regarding their process. TAKE their cover you want to be stranded. No transport cash or courtesy car.....all those things are just a marketing strategy.
