Useless Business

I don’t understand what’s wrong with your company, I told you that my car was a write off and you sent me e-mails telling me that my account with you is cancelled but why I have a debit order going off my back account.I don’t want your calls to explain but I want my money back. If you don’t sort this mess out, I will report you to ombudsman or you will be contacted my lawyers. Don’t call me but pay back my money and delete my name and account to your system
