Upset Client

I am greatly disappointed with the service of m-sure. The supervisor just sends me an email stating claim not approved. the agent tells me there is not escalation I must send a mail. M Sure can take my money every month but cannot call me to explain to my about the claim. This is now becoming a money making scheme, for me the claim is reputed. I am totally upset by the service, I cannot believe that they treat the client like this. I will definitely not renew my policy end of this month. I have been with them for a number of years. Sad very sad
