Unresponsive and Ridiculous

I received a letter in the post last week regarding my policy (letter is attached for reference purposes).

A concern for me is the fact that the cover is scheduled for 1 July 2022 and the premium of R7 315 is to be paid once-off.

Please assist with confirming who authorised the policy for 1 July 2022. I currently have the policy on my vehicle and the cover is for 24 months and the premium is bundled into my MFC premium. I signed for the 24 month cover at the Kia dealership, as per my knowledge the policy should expire after the 24 month period. Therefore, I have the cover from June 2019 to June 2021. What happens in the period between 1 July 2021 and 1 July 2022 as there will be no cover and all of a sudden the policy reappears on 1 July 2022.

Please provide clarity as to how or why there is a policy scheduled to start on 1 July 2022 and run for 24 months and how will the policy premium be collected as the current premium is bundled into my MFC installment.
