Unreliable company M-Sure

I recently experience very unprofessional service from M-Sure.My car was at the repair workshop from the 5th of January until 13 January and they declined my claim because my aircon was leaking because of’ a stone that hit it .They had no intentions whatsoever of ever approving my claim.
