Unreliable

I have used M-Sure for over 10 years. All of a sudden the claim processors find a reason to pay my claim partially, on terms that are not on any of the policy documents. My advice, look for alternatives before choosing M-Sure. I am taking my dispute to the consumer ombudsman.
