Insurance is payable upfront for emergencies, but with MSURE even if u paying upfront, you still have to fix and pay for your own repairs then claim back what ever that they dictate to you. Claims take for ever even if you submit everything needed or it is declined even if all supporting documents are submitted. Payment has to be an online payment & you will be eligible to claim. MSURE's registered RMI dealers database is a mess, if you have a mechanical issue they will give you dealers that are electrical dealers not mechanical, and you will pay for the diagnostics at the wrong dealer you referred to by them. Agents are so arrogant they will always say refer to your policy or email you one as if you do not have one.
