Unprofessional staff

My partner and i had a car break down on the 22 of December we then called Msure because we have a extended warranty with them so the car was towed to ford,so the quote from ford came through but we were not gonna be able to afford the shortfall,so we towed the car to car time hatfield ,5 days after the car was towed to car time we were told that they are no longer working with Msure,so we knocked on a few workshops around hatfield but they were not working with Msure.So we decided that we should call Msure and look for a list of workship which they are working with,so we called and an Agent by the name Sello Phetla helped us with the list,so we made calls and got this guys called MIDAS rietfontein,they were an option because we were not gonna spend much on tow truck as it was supposed to be our expense ,so we called them and they agreed that they are with Msure so they directed the call to the workshop and We spoke to the guys at workshop and towed the car in.So now the guys at MIDAS tried claiming today but they were told that they are not working with Msure anymore ,mind you the car is stripped because they wanted to find what is the problem with the car ,I lost count of how many times i called today getting no help,i spoke with Bandile,Inamandla.Inamadla even said that he is going to investigate and come back to us but we are still waiting.I cannot tow the car stripped to another dealer at my expense again ,i dont have money for strip and check .Something has to be done,this is my first claim and all this is happening,this is exhausting ,tiring .My car is in workshop stripped and you guys are giving me the runaround
