Unprofessional employees

Toke out a maintenance plan , phone them to correct the year model of my car , got transferred from one goy to a other , 20 min on line after taking to nr 10 employee , I then cancelled the policy cause after 10 difrent consultants , no one could fiz the year model , What wil happen when I need to claim ?? they can't even fix a simple mistake ,, 2015 to change to 20216,.
