Unprofessional Conduct

I called SA Warranties regarding my vehicle that broke down. I reported the matter on the 4th December, therefore SA Warranties got towing services to tow my vehicle from my home to Chevrolet Oakdene The Glen. I had to call the dealership numerous of times after the date of drop off to get feedback regarding my vehicle. Since the 4th of December I only got feedback on Monday 10th December again only because I called the dealer in the morning. The feedback I got was very unsettling because the dealer told me that they had not diagnosed the vehicle yet and it would cost R 4000.00 which I have to pay for, SA Warranties will not pay for it. I called SA Warranties to make sure that the information I got from Chevrolet was true, but when I went through I was told the staff was out on a year end function. Meaning I am not going to receive any help from SA Warranties meanwhile I pay ever month without fail, yet I am not getting the services I am paying for. Why am I paying for a mechanical warranty if I would be paying for diagnoses? If I honestly have to pay that much for my be diagnosed may SA Warranties use the same towing service to tow my car back to my home and cancel my policy.
