Unprofessional business conduct by m-sure

Bad experience that i have received from m-sure/ sa warranties,o took my car in for repairs at mini cooper and communication was done with sean from m-sure,o called them today and they kept me holding on the phone for a long time without response,on friday mini cooper called me and said the assessor from m-sure was at their workshop to check car,until today nothing has been done,car not fixed,all i need from them is ny money back as i bought the cover for cash,people run away from this ****** before its too late
