Unpaid Claims

Dear SA Warranties,<br> <br> I have an extended warranty with you.<br> <br> On Tuesday the 22nd of March 2016, I made a claim for the starter(Electrical Components) and the exhaust pipe which are covered under different sections of my warranty, the claim was made through the garage where I service my car the response I got is that you will only pay for 4500(which is only for starter) while the claim was for 9354, but I find this very unfair and confusing since these two components are covered under different sections and are not related at all. How can you only pay for one section and completely ignore the other ? I called to clarify this and I was told even if I separate the claims I will have to wait for a year or 20k KMs before I can make a claim for one of the components.<br> <br> Regards <br> Policy Number: TS***<br>
