Unnecessary claim delay to frustrate customer
As a Discovery customer, I chose this vehicle warranty cover based on trust in the Discovery brand. Had I researched M-Sure’s reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this frustrating experience.
My warranty claim was submitted after the vehicle’s check engine light activated, and the dealership’s diagnostic report confirmed that the turbocharger requires replacement. However, M-Sure’s assessor concluded, "Please note the assessor could not confirm the failure on the turbo charger."
This statement is concerning, as it indicates uncer*****y despite the dealership’s clear diagnosis. With today’s advanced diagnostic tools, I expected a conclusive assessment backed by evidence. Instead, I have been without my vehicle for over two weeks, and now M-Sure intends to send another assessor—further delaying resolution.
If the turbocharger has indeed failed, I fail to see the purpose of this reassessment other than prolonging the inconvenience. As a valued customer, I expect prompt and fair resolution, not unnecessary delays. I urge you to review this matter urgently and approve the claim based on the dealership’s expert findings.
