I cancelled my policies with you guys in 2017 and ABSA says that all money wasn't refunded and they have been debiting me that amount for over 2 years. I got in contact with msure and asked for assistance regarding that and no one has contacted me. The policy was cancelled maybe in the 1st or 2nd month so why haven't you guys refunded the entire amount?
