UNFAIR TREATMENT

I took warranty with this company. When I was busy with consultant I ask which companies are they in their list was promised to be Emailed a list. Never received it untill such time was having a mechanical problem with my car. Was given 2 options either to tour my car to their registered company or used the person that was already having my car pay and them send them a quotation. To my surprised they want to deal with the company not me when I send the quotation in order the claim to be paid let alone given by sarcastic claim department lot of attitude I was just treated as a stupid. Everything is just hanging I don't know what to do anymore. All these short term insurance are the same they treat their client as stupid fulls
