Unfair deductions

Had an extended warranty(R5000) and a scratch and dent protection plan(R3500).Had both policies for a month than decided to cancel because they never answer phone my calls.The cancellation took 2months! And when I got my refund it was only R1500 for each policy.I was charged an Inspection fee,towing fee,admin fee,commision and a pro-rata.I only was aware of a pro rata.I never claimed but they charged me for all these things like inspection fees and tow fees!<br> Shame on Hyundai Gateway for putting loyal customers in traps because SA warranties say that I must ask Hyundai for my inspection fees.As for my scratch n dent protection there was R1500 deduction for commision to Hyundai.SA warranties are big *******s,they don't give you insurance just problems! Spoke to the lady that responds to complaints on this site and even she hasn't got back to me as promised.
