Unactivated Warranty

My original vehicle warranty lapsed at 150 000km or 5 years whichever is earlier. I then did my 150000km service and sent the service record attachment that is suppose to alert SA Warranties that their warranty is to be activated as per their procedure. Two weeks later I need to make a claim for repairs and service agents tell the workshop they cannot repair it as the vehicle is still under renault warranty? Please tell me which socks are you guys smoking? At 150 000 km is basic logic that manufacturer warranty is finish hence I sent the documents to alert you. Now I am sitting waiting for the plan to be activated while the workshop is delayed. This is unacceptable client care.
