Unacceptable Service Experience

It is deeply disappointing that, after years of consistently paying for the extended warranty, the service provider has refused to honour the claim. Initially, I was given the runaround, and they acted as though the claim had not been received. After weeks of my vehicle sitting idle at the mechanic, I was informed that the claim would not be covered. This conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and contractual obligations. pathetic
