Un reliable vehicle warranty. Do not recommend!!

After my car had a mechanical breakdown the warranty company (M-Sure Financial Services) towed the car to their mechanical repairer. The mechanical repairer found that the water pump and the consequent damage of the engine gasket must be repaired however M-Sure refused to repair the engine stating that there is nothing wrong with the engine and the car can move with no repair of the engine. They simply went against the word of their own mechanical repairer who stated on email that the car cannot move unless the engine gasket was replaced. This has costed me to replace the engine gasket out of my own pocket and subsequent engine problems as a result of poor decisioning and ******* tricks by M-Sure Financial Services.
