Un ethical deductions.

I purchased a vehicle from a reputable dealership Motus Nissan East Rand Mall, got excellent service from Motus Nissan. I was very clear to the financial lady that I did not want any additional insurance products as I bought the vehicle cash. This month M Sure debits my account with an amount of R129.43. When I called up the office I was told by Lee that I took the policy at Motus Nissan. I have called Motus Nissan Sales manager who once again confirmed I did not take any extra products. Couple of minutes latter the Finance lady confirmed she does not have any record of me taking such a policy. Looking at previous Hellopeter reviews I see that I am not the only person that has had a bad experience with Msure. No company or individual should deal with a company that is so un ethical.
