Tyre Insurance Cover
Hi, i bought a car in 2018 through Hyundai Pinetown which came with a package(M-Sure Cover-Platinum Plus) that I was getting with the Hyundai i20. the cover included Tyres Insurance cover. When I enquired about this with M-Sure(Liquid Capital)they have came back to say this is not covered yet the documents that were sent to me by the dealer through email included this benefit. i have sent them all the documents that i had received which they are now disputing.

20 Aug 2021, 11:33The response from M-sure(Liquid Capital) is that they can not assist me with my query as their policy does not have tyre benefit yet the email and documents sent to me when i bought the car has/included the tyre insurance. They have now given me an option to cancel the existing policy and have someone from their company call and sell me a new policy for tyre.

M-Sure responseGood day Ms Ndlovu, We have escalated this matter to management and hereby advise that we are unable to assist you with the tyre benefit as the policy which was sold to you and paid for, does not include a tyre benefit. Should you wish, we can cancel the warranty Booster policy that you have with M-Sure and request for an agent to contact you to sell a tyre policy. We await your further advise.

Instead it seemed like I was being called a lie or might have tempered with the documents I had received which showed clearly what I was offered with the cover.
