Tyre Insurance

<p>I'm so disappointed with the service.</p> <p>I had a tyre puncture this morning.</p> <p>i went to Mercedes Benz to sort it out, since I took up tyre insurance with them.</p> <p>ive been sitting here since 11:30am waiting for my insurance claim to be approved.</p> <p>I am exhausted from just sitting here, how long does it take to approve one tyre claim. I thought this would take an hour to sort out.</p> <p>i have a 12hr shift starting at 7pm, I need to get this sorted so I can go to hospital. </p> <p>If this is not sorted how am I suppose to get to work? </p> <p> </p>
