Good day

Everytime when i have to claim i'm being sent from Piller to Post.

My front tyre was badly damaged on Wednesday, so what i did i called in for assistance with the claims process which was explained to me.

So this morning i sent the car to Tiger Wheels Shelly Beach as per instructions, they called the tyre claims department and submitted to them everything that they need. To my surprise when i was doing a follow up i was told the claim department is still waiting for outstanding documents which was completely incorrect as everything was sent through by tiger wheels and i was CC in all communication.

Now i am being told you need to send your own assessor well i do not mind that as long as he/she will come to my home address that i have provided to the claims agent, what i cannot tolerate is waiting any longer.

This is now happening for the second time, your claim's process seems to be changing from time and time again and it very stressful.
