Trial of contract renewal

Just when I renew my policy with your company was on last year but when I need assistance was told that package was not part of policy will you send me a copy of contract and highlite what is covered and not covered I will appreciate that you keep saying you did not get payment when I check in my bank you get it please make your am in the right company or not
