This company can't be trusted!

I was sold a warranty from SA Warranty M-Sure by Wesbank. I asked Wesbank to get it cancelled. They told me that they sent requests to you to cancel the policy but you are not responding. This is very terrible service. I can't imagine how painful it just be to try and claim from you when you can't even attend to such a simple request. I'm not impressed. Just cancel that policy will you!!
