THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I have NEVER had such bad service in my life!!! Called them on Friday and spent 23 minutes on the phone to cancel two of my policies and they told me they would email me confirmation of the cancellations after the call. I received nothing. I spent another 35 minutes on the phone waiting for their cancellations department this morning. I called them back to ask to speak to a manager and was put through to the call centre again. I called back again and was told that the manager, Mr. Johan Hendrichs is in a meeting with all the other managers until 14:00 this afternoon. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?????? I eventually called my car finance company directly to cancel the one policy and cancelled the other policy's debit order with my bank.
