The operators voice was ****led even though she phoned me back
The operators voice was ****led even though she phoned me back. I struggled to hear and she read the conxitions of the policy fast and like it is 1 paragraph. It is difficult to try and understand what the legalities are. One receives the policy any way, so you can fami****ise yourself with it. Agents can concentrate on the important info only. Otherwise she was friendly and patient with my questions.
