Terrible Service From M-Sure
I emailed you guys on Monday with some questions and no one bothered to reply or even call me. Please look at your records from *** as the email was sent on Monday 23/9/19 & I was told via an auto reply that someone would contact me within 48 hours but this did not happen ! Is this the level of service you offer to customers?
