Terrible Service and a company that pays for absolutely nothing when claimed

I claimed through a dealership to repair a CV Joint , the boot was torn and loosing grease. They rejected the claim. The same with my proximity key. I was referred to a Locksmith through the dealership. They will also not pay for that. I spent R 4700 to repair the joints and R3700 for a new proximity key, God forbid I need to claim for anything else. Therefore I am cancelling with M Sure, I am paying for something that's useless.
