Terrible service
Been trying to cancel this warranty without any pleasure. The call center just say re fax cancellation request as it does not show on the system. To try and get a response from the complaints dept is also a nightmare. Promises of "we will get back to you before end of business " is a promise not to be kept...Non assistant service..
