Terrible Service

I submitted my claim form together with 2 quotations and all needed photos. This was done on Monday morning and up to so far there hasn't been any communication or even acknowledgement saying my claim has been received or they are working on it.

This morning ive called m-sure and i was told to hold on while my claim will be directed to someone else of which i waited for nore than 5 min hang up, that happend 2 times.

From my previous claim I have to call the complain department of which after that my claim receive the needed attention. I also had to go through HelloPeter to be recognized, so i dont know if from now onwards I will always have to go through hellopeter for my claim to be recognized.

This service or whatever you may call it is highly unacceptable, you cant always keep clients in the dark. Communication must be there.
