Terrible / No service, Anything not to pay.

I am submitting this compliant due to SA warranties not bothering to respond to a customer or have a call centre that actually answers calls. I am left stuck without my car for weeks now, not once has SA warranties given any feedback despite numerous attempts made to call them, Of the one call that was actually successful, I requested the manager handling the claim to feedback, nothing happened.<br> Despite 2 VW dealerships and 1 RMI approved specialist workshop confirming the turbo is faulty SA Warranties decided not to honour the claim based on an assessment of the turbo conducted by an external company appointed by them who claim the turbo is fine, this same company was accused of selling counterfeit goods by the way you'll find them on this forum, now the dealer cant fit the turbo because its clearly broken and SA warranties wont pay because they claim its fine, when its time to take your money the VW assessment is good enough, no need to send their own assessors, come time to pay then 2 VW dealerships(manufacturers) an RMI Specialist workshop and the owner who drives the car everyday are all wrong. Absolutely anything not to pay, anticipating returning to hello peter in 5 days.
