Taking Premiums when I cancelled a old policy and renewed only for July

I cancelled my Policy Mid may and took out a new one for a new car I bought, the new policy will only start end of July but they keep on debiting my account every month, last month I did not leave funds in that account and had to pay bank charges as well on the return, this is not acceptable Marie
