System off-line for a whole week

System offline for a week? Stranded without a car for a week now. Audi waiting on M-sure before they can start with the repairs (mechanical failure). How does a company not have a back up plan? How does a company not have IT to resolve such issues? I work for a Financinal services which gets it issues sorted in 10 minutes. Yo have honestly never experienced such nonsense in my existance. A whole week of not being able to be assisted. Try a different warranty - you will regret M-sure. Very unprofessional.
