Still waiting for my car.

Hi tomorrow will be a week, still don't have my car this is really poor service,all documents and car all in order,now they want me to pay for stripping the car that took them 10min R900 I paid for a bumper to bumper warranty in full,now I must pay in R900 more for the thermostat I mean really.Other people **** you now we must all suffer ,very poor poor service,I want my money back for the rest of my warranty what is the use you must still pay in R2000 I'm very unhappy.If you thinking of getting a worranty don't use M SURE they M #@$......and on top of that I have a sick Mom that I must get to with public transport,my life is in danger,and M SURE hisitating to pay then they want that document then that picture nothing is up to there standards.
