Still waiting for call back...
I received a letter stating that the policy I had with one institution, is now transferred to M-Sure. I cannot recall having any policy with this specific institution and so I call M-Sure. This was about a week ago and the lady whom I spoke to "will give them the message to call you back"...I am still waiting though. I just want to check my 'policy' and if I am being penalised for not paying, as I don't see any deductions from my account.
