Still cant put claim in before end date.

I have been trying to put a claim in since beginning of December. The service is shocking!!! There is continually a issue in putting in a claim. Policy is ending end of December 2023, and they are making sure i can not put my claim in before then. And every time I phone to speak to a manager i get placed on hold and then the phone call gets cut… i have phone 4 times in the last 20 min. Explaining the same story to 4 different advisors that are just nog competent to assist me. Then i ask for a manager, I get placed on hold and then the phone call gets cut.
