Shocking response from M-Sure

Lodged a claim almost 2 month's ago with M-Sure ( SA warranty.) I was ask to provide a service history, which I did, because the 90 000km mileage doesn't reflect on the invoice I was told by Kerwin Padayachee, that they couldn't help me, are you serious!!!!! I gave you the invoice, I am not responsible for making up the invoice and putting the mileage on the invoice, you telling me that you won't be able to help me with my claim, are you serious!!!!! Typical, they take your money, and have no problemdoing that, but when you put in a claim against them, they can't help you. I will not recommended using you guys to any one. We cannot assist further as the 90 000km invoice from the repairer does not reflect the mileage which is critical.
