The claims department is so pathetic, I've been waiting for 2 weeks for approval. workshop has submitted everything and msure assessor has been out to check my car but still. I call in everyday and am being told they are busy finalizing the claim. To the CEO and Exco of the company is this how you are supposed to do business. The guy in claims department by the name Xola is very rude.
