Service sucks

M-sure was once of the Services I rated high but now alike anyone who gives a worst service.

I missed a payment last month of November because they debited the following day. But their Collecion Dept phoned me 2 weeks later to make payment arrangement and it was done. Now my wife stucked with car mechanical breakdown far from home, they now refuse to assist me saying I had to wait double debit order to go through first which is 2 days away. M-sure your service sucks.
