I have an extended warranty for my vehicle with M-Sure. Have not used for almost 3 years. When I tried to claim I was told that I am forced to use their "recommended facilities ". When I signed up for the policy they only mentioned that I would need to use an RMI approved facility, now they refuse to approve my claim because I am using an RMI approved facility that is not "recommended by them". Their stuff is very rude.
