Kerwin Padayachee, from M-sure is a disappointment and M-sure is failing to do what they are supposed to do. Three times I took my insured issues with them & they failed to assist and I had to pay from my own pocket, and now I referred my car issues again to them and the slap me with what I have. I guess to them I do not understand English and I cant read.
I have other policies with Hollard, their underwriter. Makes me thinks twice going forward with them. I hope this gets to be reviewed by many others thinking of going with these insurers.
