SAWARRANTY too difficult to execute a cancellation.

I've just recently sold my bakkie and want to cancel my warranties with SAWARRANTY. I Phoned their call centre today in-fact just now, i spoke to Refiloe whom I furnished with my relevant details for about ten minutes guess what she told me after so much of my time. She tells me she will furnish the agents who deals with such matters they will call me, I asked her roughly when will I receive the she could hardly answer me. Why is it so difficult to cancel a contract than to get one in SA.
