More or less on 14/04/2015 my vehicle broke and I took it to a garage in Bremmer street Da****rt. I contacted SA Warranties to tell them the vehicle is there. After obtaining a quote from this garage, I forwarded it to SA Warranties. I phoned them and they told me my policy has not been activated. After numerous calls, this policy was activated. Then nothing happened and trying to get SA warranties on the phone (call centre) is a useless case. I tried e-mailing them to determine how far is the process. Just to be informed that the garage in Bremmer street is not on their list and that I must look on internet for the correct list of dealers for sa warranties. I got hold of one Vision Motors in Voortrekker road. I phoned them and arranged for them to collect my vehicle from the garage in Bremmer street, which they did on the same day. It is now 4 weeks later, numerous e-mails to sa warranties later to find out what is going on without avail. Vision motors has submitted their quote, and now we all sit and wait.
